General review
Versai Glass Paint Vitray
This paint is specifically for painting on glass, glassware, crystal, and transparent polyglass sheets. The resin in this paint is a short-oil or nitrocellulose type, and due to its rapid-drying properties it reaches surface dry in 10 minutes, depending on the type.
The paint layer takes up to one hour to fully dry.
The pigment used in this type of paint is Dai, meaning it is a chemical suspension and solution (without physical grinding), and it is a transparent, non-covering paint that allows light to pass through. For this reason, vitrail paints are not opaque; when held up to the light, they become beautiful colors. For ages, these paints have transformed the sunlight on the glass of old buildings and churches into various and exciting colors.
